Please print out this form, fill in completely with all information and make a check payable to Becker Electronics. Attach the form and the check to Stereo unit, wrap the unit with plastic bag to prevent small and loose materials from getting into the player. Pack the Stereo player securely and safely with in carton and fill in with packing resistance (foam, peanuts) to avoid shipping damages. Always insure the item you are sending in.
The initial check needs to be sent in for Cassette player or Amp repair is $75.00, for CD player or CD changer repair is $80.00, if the required parts are over $20. We will send you an Estimate and request your confirmation before the repair is processed. If the required parts are less than $20. We will return the difference.
We use UPS as our standard Carrier. Actual shipping cost varies. We will refund or invoice you the difference.
