Printed Circuit Board Manufacture
We do single sided and double sided PCBS. We prepare PCB quotes within 48 hrs. Let us know if you need it sooner. Prices may vary depending on the exact specifications and drawings.
The following list is typical of the information we need:
Delivery: Standard3 to 4 weeks, we have a surcharge for two weeks (1.25), one week (1.75) and 3 to 4 working days (2.25).
Board Type: Single sided or double sided.
Drilling: Plated thru Holes, Non plated thru holes, number of hole sizes, number of slots or cutouts, minimum hole size and maximum hole size.
Material: FR-4, CEM-1, or other, thickness 1/16", 1/32" or Other, copper weight. (Typical 1 oz).
Classification: Commercial (MIL-P-55110). Unless otherwise specified, we follow IPC specifications.
Final Plating: None, Tin/Lead (fused), Solder mask over bare copper, or other.
Gold Plating: None, One side, both sides, Gold Thickness, Nickel thickness, Total length of gold deposit.
Soler Mask: None, One Side, both sides (screened), color (Green or blue).
Silkscreen: None, one side, both sides, color.
Circuitry: Minimum line with, minimum space with, surface Mount, one side, both sides.
Art work: Film: 1:1 Master Film, Scaled master film.
Gerber: Disk, by e-mail, design services (yes/no).

Engineering Services
Printed Circuit Board Layout Design
We have Electrical Engineers capturing your diagrams to generate the auto routing and layout and will deliver photo plot or Gerber Files.

Engineering Diagrams
Send us sketches and we will deliver professional looking laser printouts or files on diskette

Prototype Assembly
For a nominal fee we can have a PCB prototype manufactured (Through hole or SMT) and we'll hand mount components so you can test your design before going into production.

Surface Mount Assembly
We have stencil printing, pick and place equipment (Manncorp) 4,500 pph, dual head, fine pitch to 20 mils and re flow infrared ovens (Passaat) for fully automatic placement and soldering of SMT components, We can also do prototypes and small runs on our manual pick and place machines

Through Hole Assembly
We have assembly lines for manual stuffing of through hole components and wave solder equipment (Hollis) as well as lead cutters (Q-Cutter) for consistent high quality
Our labor rates are competitive as compared with Far East companies (China and Malaysia).
But Transportation rates are 50%.

Electromechanical and Harness Assembly
We can mechanically assemble, wire and test your complete product per your specifications. We have vast experience in electrical control panel wiring. Another of our associates has been supplying custom rails and transformers to the local market for the last 20 years and currently we are exporting rails to the US market.

Plastic Parts
Models hand made in wood and resin so you can evaluate your product before commiting to manufacture a mold. Mold design and building. Production of injection molded parts. Assembly and packaging. We also have manual low pressure machines for injection molding of very small runs or prototypes of parts up to 2 oz. At a surprisingly low price.
Delivery
Most hand made models take one to two weeks. Molds four to six weeks. For most production parts delivery is 2,000 pcs per day.

Metal Parts
Another of our associates manufactures custom metal parts: Cabinets, chassis, brackets, etc., they design and manufacture their own tooling, we are very competitive in both, small and large quantities.
If you would like a quote, please send us a sample of your current part, a drawing, or a rough sketch along with your quantity requirement. We will produce a prototype for your approval.
